Rocco Siffredi is one of the biggest names in the adult film industry, and like everyone, he has his story. When he dropped out of College of Technology and traveled to Paris, he worked as a waiter in his brother's restaurant. It was in Paris where he met Gabriel Pontello, Editor of Supersex Magazine in 1984. Rocco recalls telling Gabriel that pornography was his "vocation; the dream of my life." Gabriel used the opportunity to test out Rocco's resolve by asking him to perform for him (in a Parisian swingers' club), which in essence was also in front of 200 other people. Since his brief hiatus in 2004, Rocco has created and performed in several different genres of porn. He announced another retirement in April of 2015, but began appearing in films again soon after. Rocco has stated that his time on the Italian show Celebrity Survivor enabled him to have time alone to contemplate the direction he would like to take his career.
